Stratosfare work closely with 2014 Masterchef winners, Kasey and Karena Bird to further the excellence of its food offering. Each season, the sisters develop a new mussel recipe which is then featured each night.
ART OF THE GRILL
Set in the heart of the restaurant, the art of the grill is designed to start a conversation about the food, where it’s come from and how it’s best enjoyed.
First, visitors select their premium cut of choice from the displays of steak, venison, lamb, crayfish and Morton Bay Bugs, and then let the chef know exactly how they like it cooked. Grilled to perfection with a side of kitchen theatre to spice things up, the chefs showcase their culinary skills.
